Our mission is to provide grading and encapsulation services at a reasonable cost, without the typical upcharge fees associated with more renowned grading companies. Customer satisfaction is our priority, rooted in our own passion for collecting. While we may be relatively new, we pride ourselves on our expertise in the field.
Currently, we provide grading services for most trading cards, sports cards, and various other types, with some exceptions. Please reach out to us with any specific questions before submitting your cards.
While specific details of our grading methodology are proprietary, we adhere to a strict Standardized Grading Procedure (SGP) for consistency. Every card undergoes this process regardless of its value.
We strive for efficiency in our grading process. Typically, grading is completed within 7-12 business days. Larger orders may require additional time.
While we understand the disappointment of receiving a grade that differs from expectations, all grades are final (excluding typographical errors). It's important to note that you're paying for the professional opinion of our graders and grading methodologies. Please contact us if you have questions before submitting your cards.
Unlike other grading companies, we maintain ethical standards by not imposing higher fees based on a card's declared value. Our pricing remains consistent as each card undergoes our rigorous SGP.
